Abstract
⺠This work reports the extraction of oxymatrine from Sophora flavescens Ait. extract to silica confined ionic liquids by adsorption with subsequent solid phase extraction. ⺠Target compound was adsorbed on the sorbent without much interference, which decreased the requirement of washing solvents. ⺠This method can be developed as an integrated process including extraction, concentration and separation.
