Abstract
- A simple method was proposed to determine of furfural and HMF in baby formula.
- The method is based on DLLME combined with HPLC.
- The effective parameters in DLLME were optimized using RSM based on CCD.
- The applicability of the new proposed method was demonstrated in real samples.
- The figures of merit for furfural and HMF in baby formula were excellent.
