Abstract
⺠A rapid UPLC-MS/MS method for the quantification of isoflavonoids was developed. ⺠26 compounds were analyzed simultaneously in a single 17 min run. ⺠14 compounds out of the set of 26 analytes were quantified in mung bean sprouts. ⺠No preconcentration was needed to quantify the analytes in plant material. ⺠Organic solvent consumption was substantially reduced compared to HPLC.
