Abstract
- The in vitro and in vivo metabolism of mogroside V was comprehensively studied.
- Seventy-seven new metabolites of mogroside V were identified by LC-ESI-IT-TOF-MSn.
- The distribution of mogroside V and its 77 metabolites in rats was reported.
- Fifty-two oxidation products formed by hydroxylation/dehydrogenation were found.
- The bioactive metabolite mogroside IIE was abundant in 4 organs of treated rats.
