Abstract
- A sensitive, rapid and simple LC-MS/MS assay was developed and validated for the quantitative determination of biflorin in rat plasma.
- This method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic studies of biflorin.
- Good recovery was obtained for biflorin by using simple methanol.
- This is the first report on the quantitative determination of biflorin in rat plasma, as well as the pharmacokinetic characterization of biflorin.
