Abstract
- A simple and sensitive LC-MS/MS method was developed for determining NGFc in rat plasma.
- The LLOQ of this assay was 0.002 μg/ml.
- The validated method was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study of NGFc in rats.
- The pharmacokinetic parameters of NGFc in this paper are reported for the first time.
- Deglycosylation was demonstrated to be the principal metabolic pathway.
