Abstract
- Human hepatocytes biospecific extraction was used to find the hepatoxic components.
- Comparative chemistry and pharmacology were used to discover the differences.
- 15 components including hydrophilic and hydrophobic were quantitatively analyzed.
- Sample preparation has significant effect on the components especially the toxic component.
