Abstract
- We developed an LC-MS/MS method for determination of isobavachalcone in plasma.
- The LC-MS/MS method showed good linearity, sensitivity, precision, and specificity.
- The new method was applied to a pharmacokinetic study of isobavachalcone in rats.
- This is the first study of oral isobavachalcone pharmacokinetics.
