Abstract
- This is the first paper to report a bioanalytical method of perampanel (Fycompa®).
- Perampanel assay in human plasma was developed using LC-MS/MS.
- The validation study showed the method is simple, sensitive, and reproducible.
- This method was successfully applied to clinical bioanalysis.
- This method can be useful for therapeutic drug monitoring of perampanel.
