Abstract
- A novel strategy for dual-channel detection of MTs and Hg2+ was proposed.
- The method is based on the conformational switching of FCA by Hg2+ and MTs.
- The detection limits of the method are much lower than that obtained by other methods.
- The method avoids the label steps, without costly instruments.
