Abstract
- A simple validated bioanalytical LC-MS/MS assay for GSK2126458 has been reported.
- The assay has successfully been validated in the 4-4000Â ng/ml range for mouse plasma.
- The assay could also be used for tumor homogenate samples.
- Tumor and plasma drug levels in mice with neuroblastoma xenografts have been reported.
