Abstract
- Drug dose quantification in murine lung with NIR light by Cryoslicing Imaging (CI).
- The effective attenuation coefficient of frozen murine lung tissue is measured.
- Linearity, accuracy and sensitivity of CI are established with a fluorescent dye.
- CI was validated with a novel labeled drug being developed for inhalation therapy.
- CI can serve as a reference method for quantitative in vivo imaging technologies.
