Abstract
- Obviously differences were observed in different parts of P. cocos.
- Fragments of lanostane-type triterpenes were studied by UHPLC-DAD-FT/MSn method.
- Five groups of isomers were identified.
- Four potential new compounds were discovered.
- 3,4-seco-lanostane-type triterpene acids were quantified using UHPLC-triple quadruple MS method.
