Abstract
- Profiles of the alkaloids of five Amaryllidaceae plants were obtained using GC/MS.
- The alkaloid extracts of some Amaryllidaceae exhibited AChE-inhibitory activity.
- Molecular modeling was performed using the alkaloids present in Z. carinata.
- Tazettine-type alkaloids could be explored in Alzheimer disease treatment.
