- A UPLC-MS/MS method was developed to determine HZ08 in rat plasma and tissues.
- The total analysis time was 4.0Â min.
- The method was applied to pharmacokinetic study of HZ08 in rats.
- HZ08 had linear pharmacokinetic properties with a rapid elimination phase.
- The major distribution tissues of HZ08 in rats were lung, spleen and liver.
