Abstract
- MH84 was identified as γ-secretase modulator and PPARγ agonist (Alzheimer's disease).
- We developed and validated a sensitive LC-MS method for MH84.
- A pharmacokinetic animal study (mice) was performed.
- Unmetabolized MH84 was found in plasma and brain tissue.
- MH84 penetrates the blood-brain-barrier without long-term accumulation in CNS.
