Abstract
- UHPLC method was developed and validated for determination of 14 polyphenols.
- The method was applied to determination of polyphenols in dietary supplements.
- Identification of the analytes was achieved by using both UV and MS/MS detection.
- UHPLC-UV method was offline coupled with a DPPH radical scavenging method.
- DPPH-UHPLC-UV method was used to study the antioxidant activity of supplements.
