Abstract
- It is first to study food- and gender-related PK of 4 ginkgo terpene lactones.
- Result showed marked differences in PK between food- or gender-related groups.
- Differences of PK might be helpful for its reasonable application in clinic.
- A validated LC-MS method is well applied to analysis of the biological samples.
