Abstract
- A method was developed for simultaneous determination of clevidipine and its metabolite H152/81.
- The LLOQ was low and the run time was 5.5Â min.
- Clevidipine was relevantly more stable in plasma than in whole blood.
- The method was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study in dog.
