Abstract
- The effects of daily supplementation of Curcuma longa extract were studied in rats.
- 24-h urine samples were analyzed by 1H NMR and HPLC-MS.
- Multivariate methods, PCA and ASCA were applied on the two datasets.
- There is an effect on urinary composition of animals treated with curcuma extract.
- Urinary allantoin levels were reduced in treated group.
