Abstract
- A quantification method for DNA condensed with cationic nanoparticles was developed.
- The standard PicoGreen assay was employed and modified accordingly.
- A range of disrupting agents were tested to free the condensed DNA.
- The optimized method gave good LOD and LOQ values for cationic nanoparticles.
