Abstract
- 1H NMR-based metabolomic characterization was performed on Peucedani Radix.
- 15 batches of crude drugs were divided into two groups by multivariate statistical analysis.
- The main signals in the 1H NMR spectrum were assigned using 18 reference compounds.
- A q1H NMR method was developed and verified for simultaneous quantitation of PA and PB.
