Abstract
- HPβCD and SBEβCD were the most efficient solubilizing and complexing agents for ECN.
- CA additionally increased complexing efficiency of SBEβCD through ternary complexation.
- 1H NMR analysis showed simultaneous existence of three different complexation modes.
- Binary and ternary complexes in solid state were prepared by co-grinding procedure.
- ECN/SBEβCD/CA had superior dissolution efficiency, 66.62 times higher than ECN alone.
