Abstract
- A multi-responses extraction optimization based on response surface methodology was firstly developed for Cortex Fraxini.
- A polarity switching HPLC-MS/MS method was developed for the first time.
- 11 components in 55 different origins of Cortex Fraxini were simultaneously determined.
- Four species of Cortex Fraxini and its 3 confusable species were distinguished.
