Abstract
- A HPLC-ELSD fingerprint of steroid saponins was established.
- An HPLC-ESI-Q/TOF method was established to identify steroid saponins.
- 68 common peaks were obtained in fingerprint by HPLC-ELSD.
- 12 common peaks were confirmed with the reference compounds.
- 56 common peaks were tentatively assigned by HPLC-ESI-Q/TOF.
