Abstract
												- A new and very fast liquid chromatographic analysis of green tea catechins have been developed and validated by MECK.
- The last generation UHPLC hyphenated with UV and MS spectrometry has been employed.
- Green teas of different geographical origin have been analyzed.
- Extreme differences in catechins content have been found depending on the tea origin.
- This method can be used for the very fast quality control of green tea.
