Abstract
- An efficient and sensitive online SPE-chiral LC-MS/MS system was developed.
- The method was applied to simultaneous determination of dTK, dPA, dPB, lPB, dPE and their metabolites lCK and dCK in rat plasma.
- dCK and lCK were observed as the main herb-related compounds in rat plasma.
- The proposed approach is expected to be a preferable analytical tool for the characterization of enantiospecific pharmacokinetics.
