Abstract
- DGLC is an innovative HPLC which integrates two separated high-pressure pumps.
- All analytes were simultaneously monitored in ESI positive and negative ion channel.
- The on-line SPE was performed by DGLC and Cyclone column.
- A rapid separation column helps to an efficient assay.
- Ferulic acid, ligustrazine and ligustilide were rapidly absorbed after oral administration.
