- EAPB0503 was a promising novel anti-cancer drug.
- Phase I and phase II metabolites of EAPB0503 were characterized using LC-ESI-MS/MS.
- On-line H/D exchange experiments were also employed in metabolite identification.
- In vitro metabolism studies with liver microsomes and hepatocytes were performed.
- Four phase I and 3 phase II metabolites were characterized.
