Abstract

- A procedure for simultaneous extraction of nucleosides and nucleobases from urine has been developed.
- The procedure is based on solid-phase extraction with a polymeric sorbent.
- Analyte retention on the polymeric sorbent is not dependent on the presence of cis-diol groups.
- SPE prior to CE-MS was applied to the analysis of urine from healthy volunteers.
