Abstract
- Retention constants, RM0 and C0 for new androstene derivatives were determined at RP- and NP-TLC.
- QSRR proved RM0 and C0 to account for lipophilicity of the analytes.
- Absorption, distribution and elimination (ADME) parameters were determined in silico.
- QSAR allowed prediction of ADME parameters of analytes in terms of RM0i.e. C0, the size and the polarity of the molecules.
