Abstract
- Combination of DLLME-SFO and HPLC-UV was used for determination of opium alkaloids.
- The new method avoided using high density and toxic extraction solvents.
- No clean-up or evaporation were required after extraction.
- Linear calibration over 1.5-1000 μg lâ1 and limit of detections in the range 0.5-5 μg lâ1.
