Abstract
- A novel strategy to find the bioactive constituents and metabolites of TCMs was proposed.
- A HPLC-QTOF-MS method was developed for analysis of Wangbuliuxing. Absorption and metabolism of Wangbuliuxing were studied for the first time.
- 12 new metabolites of Wangbuliuxing decoction were tentatively identified by LC-MS technique.
