- Inclusion complexes of genistein and daidzein with cyclodextrins were prepared.
- Dissolution profiles of these complexes were investigated.
- Transport of genistein, daidzein and their complexes on Caco-2 cell line were studied.
- All cyclodextrins enhance solubility of genistein and daidzein in water.
- All cyclodextrins increase membrane transport of both isoflavones on Caco-2 cells.
