Abstract
- Q-NMR method to determine Sal B as well as its degradation products is described.
- The method is applied to monitor the hydrolysis of Sal B in low oxygen condition.
- The concentration results are fitted to a kinetic model to obtain rate constants.
- Q-NMR method is proved to be suitable and effective for degradation study.
