Abstract
- A complete QbD compliant LC method development strategy was proposed.
- The whole procedure was fully automated, thanks to commercial software.
- Due to the high number of experiments, this procedure is particularly well adapted to UHPLC conditions.
- A complex mixture of 15 antipsychotic drugs was resolved using this strategy.
- Method robustness was demonstrated simultaneously with the method development phase.
