Abstract
- The kinetic chromogenic LAL assay was validated for anti-bothropic serum samples.
- The endotoxin added to the samples followed the recuperation criteria (50-200%).
- The coefficient of variation for the precision was below the 15% threshold.
- The accuracy was between 90.7% and 114.3% (within the acceptable range of 80-120%).
- The endotoxin concentration limit for the anti-bothropic serum was â¤2.9 EU/mL.
