Abstract
⺠A NIR-chemometric method was developed and validated for direct assay of indapamide in tablets. ⺠A NIR-chemometric method was developed and validated for disintegration time determination of indapamide tablets. ⺠A NIR-chemometric method was developed and validated for crushing strength determination of indapamide tablets. ⺠The methods are appropriate for direct prediction of both chemical and pharmaceutical properties of indapamide tablets.
