Abstract
- A HILIC-UPLC-TQ-MS method was developed for analysis of 17 nucleosides and nucleobases.
- The profiles of nucleosides and nucleobases in EDC and CC were explored.
- Protein precipitation with acetonitrile was performed on sample preparation.
- Principal component analysis was performed to discriminate the samples.
