Abstract
- We developed a sample preparation method for surfactant containing suppositories.
- We managed to eliminate micelle formation in the sample solution.
- We determined the CMC of Tween 20, 60 and their combination in solvent mixture.
- Our CMC results correlate well with data found in literature.
- We justified with NMR that harsh conditions of the solution do not degrade the API.
