Abstract
- TAK-448 is a nonapeptide analogue and a new oral metastin receptor agonist.
- Highly sensitive bioanalytical method for TAK-448 was developed with LC/MS/MS.
- The LLOQ of 5Â pg/mL in human plasma was achieved with 0.5Â mL sample.
- The method was well validated in accordance with the regulatory guidance/guideline.
- Human PK profiles in a phase I study were successfully obtained with the method.
