Abstract
- A UFLC-MS/MS method was developed for the determination of docetaxel in rat plasma.
- One step protein precipitation was employed as the sample pretreatment procedure.
- Good sensitivity, recovery and reproducibility were obtained using the method.
- The validated method was successfully applied to a comparative pharmacokinetic study.
- The influence of PEG molecular weights in the modified formulations was investigated.
