Abstract
												- The crystal structure of E6070, a novel IKKβ protein kinase inhibitor, was solved.
- E6070 exists as a crystalline trihydrate that undergoes two dehydration events.
- Both of the two dehydrated forms reversibly reform the original trihydrate.
- The second dehydration step has higher activation energy than the first step.
- The trihydrate solid form is stably controlled and suitable for development.
