Abstract
- We present results of the stability and pH-sensitivity of pH-sensitive stealth liposomes containing cisplatin.
- We present a comparison of three methods to determine platinum in mouse plasma by ET AAS.
- We validated a method to determine platinum in mouse plasma by ET AAS.
- Smaller liposomes and/or increasing concentration of DSPE-PEG of vesicles may improve liposome plasma stability.
