Abstract
- Pinazepam and delorazepam are most reactive than lormetazepam to EMIT.
- Similar reactivity is showed by brotizolam and α-hydroxy-midazolam.
- Lower responses are presented by 3-hydroxy-flunitrazepam, 7-amino-nitrazepam.
- Cross-reactivity is directly influenced by the molecular structure.
- EMIT data cannot replace chromatographic analysis to avoid false negative results.
