Abstract
- An ICP-OES method for quantification of elemental impurities in tablets is proposed.
- Sample preparation was performed using microwave-assisted acid digestion.
- LODs and LOQs were at least a factor of ten below USP limit concentrations.
- Spike recoveries were 85.3-103.8% and RSDs were 1.3-3.2% (Os: 161.5% and 13.7%).
