Abstract
⺠Simultaneous determination of NBP and its four major metabolites in human plasma. ⺠Synthetic deuterated ISs were utilized to compensate for matrix effects. ⺠(â)ESI and (+)ESI switch was complementary to achieve high sensitivity. ⺠Mixture of methanol and acetonitrile facilitated separation of isomers.
