Abstract
⺠An LC-MS method was developed for the pharmacokinetic study of Zhi-zi-chi Decoction. ⺠Good sensitivity, recovery and reproducibility were obtained using the method. ⺠The validated method was successfully applied to a comparative pharmacokinetic study.
