Abstract
⺠A micromethod for measuring of propranolol on dried blood spot (DBS) is proposed. ⺠Propranolol on DBS was stable under all storage temperatures tested for at least one month. ⺠The plasma comparison with DBS showed a good correlation. ⺠Use of DBS offers a great advantage in sampling for pharmacokinetic studies from pediatric patients.
