Abstract
⺠High affinity monoclonal IgG1 against human serum albumin (HSA) was produced. ⺠Immunoaffinity system was developed for specific removal of albumin from serum. ⺠Site specific oriented immobilization of the purified anti-HSA IgG1 was explored. ⺠Immobilization of anti-HSA IgG1 was done on hydrazide activated agarose gel. ⺠Affinity system showed high specificity and selectivity to albumin in human serum.
